when you first got on the pole, what was the experience like? were you able to support yourself on it, despite having a dance background? you seem so advanced, its so inspiring! on Sep 15, 2012I really had a hard time with carrying myself during my first class. I really loved the spins though haha. Having a dance background didn’t really help. If it did help maybe it would only be helpful in the gracefulness and a little of the strength...
